Everything was very comfortable, nothing too much trouble, I recommend it. Really enjoyed my perfect 10/10 stay for a very short visit.

I had 2 nights in York, spending my time here lovely. I loved the room on 2nd level, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Wi-Fi was quite slow; late breakfast, made me a little nervous.

Fairly clean place, ideal location, helpful staff. More than adequate breakfast included, brand-new rooms.

We would recommend this accommodation, thanks for a very nice stay. The place is well-kept and fairly clean, it offers perfect breakfast and brilliant location close to the city centre.

View was marvellous, breakfast was healthy, and beds were comfortable. The hotel's staff was courteous, were happy to help with any request. Lots of food options right by the venue.

We were in a fab location at a medium distance from City Centre. The hotel was located about 15 minutes walk from centre.

Outstanding service, super convenient room and tasty breakfast. I loved having air conditioner, Wi-Fi and iron/ironing board. Very suitable location, super base for one night and all staff were competent. The pool was lovely and the garden — beautiful. I had a really good stay and would book again❤😀

A fab stay during our xmas. Happy personnel, heated pool plus lovely garden. Outstanding breakfast, nice service. The free hot drinks in main bar were very welcome.

Fairly clean place with polite staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. The location was beautiful, for example, The Bars was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

All was fairly clean, I enjoyed good staff and location. The bedrooms were lovely.

Best experience there. The breakfast was lovely, the staff was sweet, the grounds were fairly clean. Room was impeccable and the bathroom was marble-lined, I appreciated it. Extremely comfy bed and fine furniture.

It was a really comfortable stay. I loved to be here, everything was perfect! Scenic view, a small balcony, perfect bed, too. Perfect service, excellent restaurant on site. Music bar was fantastic!

Interesting hotel, the restaurant is particularly good and the overall atmosphere is lovely. Normal double unit. Knowledgeable and terrific staff and personalised service. Location is really handy, at a moderate distance from the hospitium.

I loved every detail here, including staff and rooms, that were fabulous. It was a really quiet area, a good choice for me. St wilfrid's church was close to the hotel, only 1 km. Warm reception. The stay was absolutely such wonderful.

The place was spotlessly clean with public parking and a comfy bed. Personnel was hospitable, and owner too.

It offers good prices. Welcoming staff, magnificent location and satisfactory breakfast. Just walking distance from Dewsnaps brasserie, where you can have lunch.

The location is GOOD and the rooms are okay. The park restaurant, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

Facilities and breakfast made the stay comfortable. 5 min drive from rowntree park.
